Sorry, I Blacked Out on Facebook

You know when you’re on Facebook, just randomly clicking at pictures, and you find yourself looking at stranger’s pictures?

And then you click a new tab away from the Facebook tab, and then like, 10 minutes later you come back to the Facebook tab, and you’re like, who the FUCK is Giuliia DeGeneres, and WHY am I looking at her pictures?

Text: The piers are out…that sucks. I bet you froze. Sorry I was so short yesterday. We’re trying to move to get this party planned…blah blah. The Kleins will be in Chicago for the marathon on the 11th to support Kerstin running. Will you be around?

How’s the new job? When are we going to a packer game? We need to plan a ski/snowmobiling trip?

Facebook Thumbs Up: Your Mom Likes This

So my sister just alerted me to the fact that my mom just created a Twitter account.  That’s right, the same mom who has (thankfully) shunned facebook, is now going to be tweeting away to her Baby Boomer possee.  Upon hearing this news, I called my mom to tell her she’s not allowed to follow me on Twitter (damn Twitter Gamail friend finder…).

For those of you not lucky enough to have facebook shunning parents, there’s help for you yet.  Oh Crap. My Parents Joined Facebook is my new favorite website concept.  Basically, it’s just a collection of real parental unit facebook status updates.  And Mom, if you’re reading this, if you join facebook, please don’t friend me…
